Does this plate fit the front license plate holes in the bumper? What are the other logos, etc. mentioned?

If it was true Euro-Style, then yes. European license plates are much longer than our American version of "Euro-Style". Look closely to where the holes are and youll see two divets in between. Thats where youll screw the fasteners through to hold it in place. As far as the logos, there are 2 with two options. STI or the WRX, and you can choose either stainless steel or matte black for either. Hope this helps.
